Marshall
Lawrence is Founder and Executive Director of Silent Blessings.
An ordained minister, Marshall is a nationally known speaker and
singer/songwriter. But when the family discovered their youngest
daughter, Rachel, was deaf, Marshall began to use his gifts in a
new direction – to bring spiritual healing to Deaf and hard-of-hearing
people and their families. 
Judy
Allison is our Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and also serves as Secretary/Treasurer
of the corporation. As you can see,
she is incredibly important to our ministry! She worked for many years
as office manager of the United Way in Holland, MI, and also served
as minister of music at Orchard View Church of God in Grand Rapids.
She has a great deal of experience in book publishing and did a great
job compiling and editing our book 
Since coming to join Silent Blessings in 2003, Ruth Price has been invaluable to the ministry. There's hardly a document that is created or mailed out that her hands have not touched. Content to stay behind the scenes and work many more hours than Silent Blessings can pay for, Ruth faithfully serves her God, her fellow coworkers, and the Deaf day in and day out.
Although she works out of her home in North Carolina, Karen Molby, the newest member of our team,contributes much in the areas of scheduling speaking engagements, grant researching, and fund-raising. We welcome her on board.

Francis Casale (Deaf) is the pastor of the Deaf congregation
at Inter-Community Church of God in Covina, CA. He is an exceptional
preacher and teacher, and we're honored to have him chair our Visioning
