Deaf Missions
This is one of the largest free-standing Deaf ministries in the US, located in Council Bluffs, IA. They are translating the entire Bible into ASL, producing Daily Devotionals for the deaf in ASL and print, and host alternating biennial events for Deaf Ministries and Interpreters. They produced a feature film of the life of Job and are beginning film production on the life and ministry of Jesus, both entirely in ASL. That’s not all – be sure to visit their site.
Deaf Bible Society
Deaf Bible Society provides free access to Bible translations by video in 20+ sign languages and trains leaders to establish Deaf Bible Together groups. Read the Bible in your sign language at deafbible.com.

Deaf Harbor
An association of Deaf churches and ministries who want to work together to accomplish shared goals. Deaf Harbor looks for needs that no individual church can meet alone and finds ways that Deaf Harbor and its members can meet those needs together.
DOOR International
DOOR International (formerly Deaf Opportunity Out Reach) is involved in developing strong Deaf churches in several nations of the world. They run several regional training centers where they seek to equip and empower Deaf nationals to bring the light of Jesus into their culture.
Deaf Teen Quest
This is the Youth For Christ outreach ministry for deaf teenagers. Currently there are six affiliates… Louisville, Cincinnati, Danville/Lexington (KY), Omaha, Mobile, and Portland (OR). Three more (including Indianapolis) are in the developing stages. They also sponsor the annual Deaf Teen Ministry National Symposium and two summer camps for Deaf teens. It’s an exciting program.
Deaf Christian Television
Formerly Deaf Video Communications, this site provides Bible studies, devotionals, and other video content in ASL. Brought to you by Deaf Bible Society.
The Deaf Institute
This ministry, based in Cincinnati, OH, serves churches interested in starting Deaf ministries and also serves deaf children and their parents. They inform people about deafness, teach sign language, develop interpreters, and encourage the development of leaders in the Deaf community.

Canadian Deaf Ministries International
Tools and Inspiration for adults and children who have problems with hearing. The resources are provided to strengthen family life and personal relationships, especially with Jesus.
Harvest Deaf Ministries
This church has a Deaf pastor, Bible college, and grade school academy. Watch their sermons online!
Mill Neck Foundation
Enhancing the quality of life for people who are Deaf, or who have other special needs, through excellence in individually designed educational, vocational or spiritual programs and services.
Bill Rice Ranch
Begun in 1953 to reach the Deaf, the ministry has grown now to reach thousands of hearing and Deaf people each year from around the world. Retreats, Conferences, and local church revivals are a continuing part of this year-round ministry.
Southern Baptist Conference of the Deaf
Southern Baptist churches and agencies reaching Deaf
persons by providing training, advocacy, worship, fellowship, missions awareness and mission involvement.
Silent Word Ministries
Evangelistic outreach to deaf people, families, and churches through printed materials and videos. They also have a section of videos for those with limited language (which can also be used among those who do not use ASL and do not have resources in their local language, yet).
Haiti Deaf Academy
Also known as the Commissioned Believer’s Deaf Ministry, striving to educate, employ, empower and encourage so that every Haitian child with a hearing loss may know and reach their God-given potential.
Deaf Ministries Worldwide
Founded by a deaf man and his wife, this ministry in Sulphur, OK seeks to evangelize, equip, and encourage. One aspect of their mission is a beautiful retreat center for Deaf pastors and missionaries to find rest and renewal.
Gospel Ministries for the Deaf
Founded in 1971, GMD exists to use all means available to win the Deaf to faith in Christ. Best known for their Northwest Christian Camp for the Deaf and their work with the Patterned Language method, they have also worked in the leadership of the D-E-A-F for Christ Education Coalition.
International Institute of Deaf Services
Paul William Ellis formed this ministry in 1994 to train and enable deaf individuals and interpreters, and work with the Deaf to evangelize and train others. They offer ASL workshops, seminars, and conferences.
